Michael Green is a recent graduate of Loyola Law School, where he distinguished himself as a Public Interest Scholar and student leader. He is passionate about advocating for employees and is particularly drawn to discrimination and retaliation cases, where he can help ensure fairness, accountability, and dignity in the workplace. Michael approaches employment law with a commitment to advancing civil rights and protecting workers’ rights.
During law school, Michael externed for the Honorable Hernán D. Vera in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and gained practical experience with leading civil rights firms, including the Law Offices of Carol Sobel and Schonbrun Seplow Harris Hofman and Zeldes. He also worked with nonprofits in Los Angeles on housing rights and public interest advocacy. Michael served as senior production editor of the Loyola Law Review of Los Angeles and co-editor-in-chief of the Loyola Interdisciplinary Journal for Public Interest Law, demonstrating his leadership, scholarship, and dedication to public interest work.
Before attending law school, Michael graduated from Emory University, taught as a corps member with Teach for America, and worked as a community activist and policy advisor on issues including environmental justice, food justice, voting rights, and community access. Originally from Philadelphia, he is a proud husband, new father, and dog dad. In his free time, he enjoys baking, comedy improv, and cheering on his hometown Philadelphia sports teams.
