Emily Filkin, Esq.

Emily Filkin is an attorney at Miracle Mile Law Group, where she represents employees in individual and class action cases involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. During law school, Emily externed for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and volunteered with UCLA Law’s Labor and Economic Justice Clinic. Before attending law school, she worked as a paralegal assisting both employers and employees with employment-based immigration matters.
