Chris Lugo is the Director of Operations at Miracle Mile Law Group, overseeing all operational and business development aspects for the firm. With over 28 years of experience in operations and business management, human resources, and corporate strategy across multiple industries (entertainment, legal, and health and wellness) Chris is dedicated to optimizing business functions, growth, and improving communications. Chris is focused on refining processes to boost the firm’s overall performance and driving initiatives to create a high-performing, supportive culture. Chris’ leadership ensures that Miracle Mile Law Group remains a top employer and continues to attract and retain top talent.

Chris holds a Juris Doctorate and two Bachelor of Arts degrees (political science and history) from the University of California at Davis.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys traveling the world (52 countries so far), the gym, all areas of the entertainment industry, and his white Boxer, Redford.
