Samantha Koerner, Esq.

Samantha Koerner is an attorney at Miracle Mile Law Group. Samantha spent the bulk of her career as a civil rights attorney, advocating for victims of police misconduct.

Her work has resulted in dozens of published opinions, many policy improvements in police agencies in California, and changes in law across the country. Over the years, Samantha has represented hundreds of clients. Her experience in all aspects of litigation from investigation, discovery, trial and up through appeals, is a great benefit to all her clients. As a “recovering litigator” she has brought her passion for achieving fairness for her clients and holding wrongdoers accountable, to Miracle Mile Law Group, where she passionately represents clients who have experienced workplace discrimination and retaliation, to get them the pre-litigation settlements they deserve.

Outside the law, Samantha uses her zeal for helping others in her non-profit which she founded in 2019. Supportive Allies For Trans Youth (SĀFTY) provides educational and mental health resources for transgender and gender non-conforming youth, and their families. Samantha also loves spending time with her husband, two children, and their Great Pyrenees, Annie, as well as cooking, traveling, and rooting for her beloved Cal Bears and New York Yankees.
